Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on selected shipping method and destination. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Pluggaz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Pluggaz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
